END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This Agreement governs your use of the QR Scanner & Generator Offline app ("the App"), owned by FluXpert Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. LICENSE GRANT
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or commercial purposes.
2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features ("Subscription"). Key details:
- Subscription Tiers: Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly plans (same benefits).
- Free Trial: A 3-day free trial is available for first-time subscribers. If canceled before trial ends, no charge applies. Continued use after trial triggers recurring billing.
- Benefits: Subscription removes ads and unlocks unlimited QR code creation.
- Billing: Payments are processed via Apple’s in-app purchase system. Prices are listed in the App Store.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends.
3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You may:
- Scan and generate QR codes for lawful purposes.
- Share, save, or copy QR images created or scanned.
You must not:
- Use the App for illegal activities (e.g., phishing, fraud).
- Reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App without written consent.
4. PRIVACY & DATA
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.
5. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement. Subscribers may cancel anytime via the App Store account settings. Refunds are not issued for partial subscription periods.
6. DISCLAIMER
The App is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall FluXpert Technologies be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from App use or subscription services.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may update this Agreement. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
